The Tennis Europe Junior School roadshow continues, with the latest class taking place at the prestigious Category 1 Avvenire tournament in Milan, Italy, yesterday.
A group of 16 & Under players from a range of nations was given practical advice and information on a variety of topics designed to help prepare the young athletes for life as professional tennis players.
Former world #33 Karin Knapp, a member of the winning Italian Fed Cup team in 2013, was also on hand at the class, and took the opportunity to stress the importance of the information, which encompassed subjects as diverse as agents and sponsorship, anti-doping and tennis integrity.
The next classes of the pioneering educational programme are due to be held at all three European Junior Championships venues in July. You can see the full series of Tennis Europe Junior School videos here, with translations also available in French, Russian and Spanish.
